Every stage of the work.
Connected end to end.
PropertyMeasure follows the job the way your business actually runs it: from the first measurement of a property to the report that tells you how the season went.

The platform, in the product.
Interactive illustrations built on demo data, showing how each part of the workflow looks in the workspace.
Everything in the platform.
Every capability, grouped by the part of the business it belongs to. Each one links to the detail.
- Aerial MeasurementSearch an address, drop onto high-resolution satellite imagery and trace the property. Areas, linear runs and point counts calculate as you draw.
- Blueprint TakeoffsUpload a PDF plan, set the scale and take off areas, linear features and counts with the same tools and the same route into estimating.
- Self MeasurementFull drawing control for your own team — snapping, buffers, split and cut, freehand, rectangles and circles, with live running totals.
- Done-for-you DigitizationSend a property to the PropertyMeasure team and receive a finished, layered measurement map back in your workspace.
- Bulk Property UploadBring a portfolio in at once. Upload a list of addresses, track the batch, and get every site measured without queuing them one by one.
- Measure QueueSee every requested property in one queue with its status, so nothing waits on someone remembering to check.
- Estimation StudioThe pricing workspace: measured layers on one side, operations and line items on the other, with cost, sell and gross margin live as you build.
- Operations Catalog136 landscape operations organized by category, each with its own unit of measure, production hours and cost code.
- Production RatesSet the hours per unit your crews actually achieve. Labor, materials and equipment roll up from the rates you control.
- Pricing TemplatesSave a pricing approach once and reuse it, so two estimators quoting the same work land on the same number.
- Scope TemplatesReuse the service scopes you sell most, then adapt occurrences, tax and margin to the property in front of you.
- Snow EstimatingA dedicated seasonal model with snowfall brackets, event counts and per-inch or lump-sum pricing.
- Client 360One record holding every property, contact, estimate, project, contract, document, issue and invoice for a client — the whole relationship on one screen.
- ContactsA directory of the people behind the accounts, with roles and history, so the next call starts where the last one ended.
- PropertiesEvery site you service as a first-class record, linked to its measurements, its client and the work performed on it.
- PipelineMove bids through Lead, Qualified, Site Review, Estimating, Proposal, Negotiation, Won and Lost — with the value of each stage in view.
- EstimatesEvery estimate your team has priced, searchable and filterable, connected back to the property and the opportunity.
- ProjectsWon work becomes a project with its scope, documents, schedule and financial picture attached.
- ProposalsGenerate a branded, client-ready proposal directly from the estimate. No rebuilding the scope in a document editor.
- E-signatureSend the proposal for signature and track it from sent to viewed to signed, with a signing link built for the client.
- ContractsThe signed proposal becomes the contract of record, attached to the client and the property it covers.
- Change OrdersWhen scope changes mid-season, record it against the contract so the agreement, the schedule and the invoice stay in agreement.
- SchedulingA crew-by-weekday calendar for the whole operation, with recurring services placing themselves where they belong.
- Dispatch & RoutingOrganize route stops and move work from backlog to scheduled to dispatched, so crews leave with a clear day.
- JobsTrack work through In Progress, Complete and Invoiced, with the promised scope attached to every job.
- TasksThe follow-ups that keep accounts healthy — assigned, dated and visible instead of living in someone's notebook.
- Team & My WorkEvery person sees their own queue for the day, and managers see the whole team's load in one place.
- Crew AppA deliberately simple mobile experience: today's stops, start and complete job, clock in and out, photos and issues.
- Fleet & TimesheetsConnect crews, vehicles, individual employee identity and hours worked to the jobs they were spent on.
- Property Manager PortalA scoped login for your client, showing only the properties and information that belong to them.
- Shared MapsThe measured property map, shared with the manager, so a conversation about a bed or a lot starts from the same picture.
- Issue ReportingClients report issues with photos and messages, then follow the status as your team responds.
- DocumentsAgreements, service summaries and property records kept where the client can actually find them.
- InvoicingBuild invoices from the work actually delivered, rather than retyping the scope into a separate accounting screen.
- ReceivablesSee what is outstanding, what is current and what is past due, with aging buckets that make collection priorities obvious.
- CostingCompare the cost you estimated against the labor and materials the job actually consumed, job by job.
- Accounting ExportExport CSV records of financial activity so your accounting workflow gets clean data instead of a screenshot.
- RenewalsReview upcoming contracts with service history and real margin in view, and protect recurring revenue with a better price.
- ReportingReports across measurement, sales, operations and finance, so the question 'how are we doing' has a place to be answered.
- Saved ViewsFilter a list the way you need it, save it, and come back to it tomorrow — shared with the people who need the same view.
- Bulk ActionsSelect many records and act on them at once — tagging, assigning and updating without opening each one.
- CSV ExportExport any list to CSV, exactly as filtered, for the spreadsheet or accounting workflow waiting on it.
- Autosave & Draft RecoveryLong estimates and measurements save as you work. Close the tab by accident and the draft is offered back to you.
- Winter SurfacesSeparate parking lots, roads and sidewalks so every surface gets the right equipment, treatment and production rate.
- Snowfall BracketsSet snowfall brackets, expected events, plow passes and salt applications, and see how the assumptions shape the season.
- Seasonal & Per-inch PricingCompare lump-sum and per-inch approaches with seasonal cost, seasonal sell and gross margin side by side.
- Deicing & MaterialsAccount for lot and sidewalk deicing, material consumption and site monitoring alongside plowing and shoveling.
Good questions. Clear answers.
Do I have to use the whole platform?
No. Most teams start with measurement and estimating, because that is where the immediate time saving is. The rest of the platform is there when you are ready for it, and your properties and estimates carry forward.
Does the measured scope really carry through to the invoice?
Yes. Measured layers become estimate quantities, the estimate becomes the proposal, the signed proposal becomes the contract and the scheduled work, and the delivered work becomes the invoice and the cost record behind your reporting.
Can my clients see any of this?
Property managers get a scoped client portal showing only their own properties, shared measurement maps, documents and the status of issues they have reported.
What if my team works in the field without signal?
The crew app is built for that. Crews work through the day's stops, record job start and completion, clock in and out and attach photos, and records sync when the connection returns.
See your business.
From a better perspective.
