Can I use measurement without subscribing?
Yes. Credits are a standalone product. Buying them opens the workspace you need to create properties, measure them, build estimates and download your results — with no subscription and no contract.
Does the subscription include credits?
No. The subscription covers the business-management side of the platform. Measuring and blueprint takeoffs are paid for with credits whether or not you subscribe, so you are never charged twice for the same site.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, in either direction. If you already have credits you can add a subscription without buying another credit package, and if you already subscribe you can top up credits without changing your subscription.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?
Nothing. Your credits are yours and cancelling does not remove them. You keep the measurement and estimation workspace and can carry on spending them.
Do credits expire?
No. There is no expiry date on a credit. They sit in your balance until you spend them.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Only the things credits pay for stop — measuring a property and taking off a blueprint. If you subscribe, the rest of the platform carries on working normally, and topping up puts measuring back straight away.
What does a measurement actually cost?
Measuring a property yourself is 5 credits. Having our team measure it is 1 credit per acre. A blueprint we take off is 10 credits. You always see the cost and your balance before you confirm.
How is payment handled?
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own page and never reach our site or our database.
